【Course Objectives】

By the end of the course, students should be able to achieve the followings in health and wellness through physical activities:

1) Explain how we can promote health and wellness of themselves and others through physical activities,
2) Create session plans where objectives match up against proposed practice tasks, leader interventions and expected student engagement, and
3) Prepare, deliver planned sessions, followed by reflective assessments.
