【Course Objectives】

By the end of the course, students should be able to
1) Explain the effects of physical activity on well-being,
2) Discuss why people do or do not physical activity,
3) Describe the determinants of physical activity adherence, and,
4) Explain the key points to enhance health and well-being through physical activity.

【Course Contents】

This course is designed to provide students with a foundation to understand how to promote health and well-being through physical activity. The course consists of lectures, tutorial, and practical sessions.

Academic misconduct such as plagiarism and unauthorized use of other's work leads to a disqualification for the final grade, regardless of the number of misconduct.

Statements on the AI Use
In this course, the generative AI tools may be used for brainstorming, refining ideas, or draft assistance. However, students are not allowed to copy AI-generated texts and images into individual and group assignments. Students must cite any AI-generated materials adequately whenever they use them. Unacknowledged use of AI-generated materials is treated as academic misconduct and would result in disciplinary consequences (e.g., a failing grade).
