a) Understand the fundamentals of organizational knowledge creation theory and design thinking
Understand the two theories and explain what they have in common and what makes each unique
b) Apply organizational knowledge creation theory and design thinking in a real-life project to facilitate innovation
Appreciate the significance of interdisciplinary approaches in addressing real-world challenges
Develop a proposal addressing critical social and environmental issues
In "Knowledge, Design, and Innovation", you'll be at the forefront of tackling complex challenges. You'll delve into organizational knowledge creation theory and design thinking, applying these in a real-life project. This journey will not only equip you with innovative problem-solving skills but also deepen your understanding of creating human- and planet-centric solutions. Collaboratively, we'll explore how these innovations intersect with the concept of a "good life," encouraging personal and professional growth in a world that demands multidisciplinary approaches. This approach not only deepens your learning experience but also fosters teamwork and critical thinking skills.
