By surveying the history of Christianity, we will understand how its doctrines, organizations, and rituals were formed, diverged, and developed through exchanges among diverse cultures. We will also explore the role Christianity is expected to play as a source of wisdom for diverse people to coexist in modern society.
This lecture traces the history of Christianity, examining how diverse cultures have been integrated within it while simultaneously dynamically creating new cultures. By multifacetedly considering how Christianity has been shaped and achieved its unique development through interaction with various cultures, we wish to explore together the possibilities for coexistence within our increasingly chaotic modern society.

キリスト教の歴史を概観することによって、キリスト教の教義や組織や儀式等が多様な文化間の交流によって形成・分岐・展開されたことを把握するとともに、現代社会において多様な人々が共生するための知恵としてキリスト教に期待される役割を理解する。
