By the end of this course, students will be able to
・ Show a basic knowledge of diverse developments of Christianity
・ Understand diverse efforts of theologies facing various social issues
・ Recognize Christian theologies as social activisms
・ Critically analyze the intersection between religion and contemporary world
In this course, students will gain a basic knowledge of Christianity and theology. In addition, students will learn various issues that theology has wrestled with (fascism, war, poverty, discrimination, etc.), and extend their knowledge of world history through them.

本クラスを通して受講生は、
・キリスト教（と神学）の成り立ちと多様な展開を学び
・さまざまな時代・地域の個別状況における諸神学の取り組みを知り
・社会運動としてのキリスト教に触れることで
・現代社会と宗教をめぐる諸課題を批判的に分析できるようになる

本講義ではキリスト教の成り立ちと神学の主要テーマなどの基礎知識を身につけた上で、さまざまな時代・地域においてキリスト教神学が取り組んできた諸課題（ファシズム、戦争、貧困、差別等）を学び、それらを通して世界史に分け入っていく。
