This course aims to provide students with an understanding of clinical and health psychology and the mechanisms by which people maintain mental health. Through the knowledge gained in this course, the course aims to review social issues.
This course gives students the opportunity to think about social issues through research in clinical and health psychology. In particular, we will focus on psychological problems in contemporary society, such as depression and anxiety, and consider the state of our society together by looking at society from the perspective of findings from clinical psychology and health psychology to date. The students learn about research methods and trends in clinical psychology through the introduction of findings in clinical psychology and actual intervention techniques. In order to apply the knowledge gained in class to your own life, you are expected to think about the topics covered in class in your own way, compile them into a comment paper and submit it.

学びの精神科目
この授業では臨床心理学や健康心理学を学び、人間がこころの健康を維持する仕組みを理解することを目指します。授業で得られた知識を通して、社会における課題をみつめなおすことを目標とします。
This course aims to provide students with an understanding of clinical and health psychology and the mechanisms by which people maintain mental health. Through the knowledge gained in this course, the course aims to review social issues.
本科目は，臨床心理学・健康心理学の研究を通して社会問題を考える授業です。特に、うつ病や不安障害など現代社会における心理的問題に焦点を当て、これまでの臨床心理学や健康心理学の知見から社会を見ることで、社会のあり方を共に考えます。臨床心理学の知見や実際の介入技法の紹介を通して、臨床心理学の研究方法や動向を学びます。授業で得た知識を自分の生活に活かすために、授業で扱ったテーマについて自分なりに考え、コメントペーパーにまとめて提出することが求められます。
