Through “knowing” sports, students will “realize” what things are necessary for their lives/careers. Through various specific examples, students will “learn” from the standpoint of sports medicine, sharpening management skills that they will be able to “capitalize” on in the future.
In this course, various examples related to sports will be presented using audiovisual teaching materials (DVD, slides) and data.
We will discuss the examples presented, searching for ways to capitalize upon the life/career management skills learned, both inside and outside of college life.

学びの精神科目
本授業は、体育・スポーツの研究と教育からのメッセージではあるが、学問という枠にとらわれず、人生を豊かにすることのきっかけとしたい。人と比べるのではなく、自分らしい、自分だけの生き方（ライフマネジメント・キャリア）を大学で見つけてもらいたい。
Through “knowing” sports, students will “realize” what things are necessary for their lives/careers. Through various specific examples, students will “learn” from the standpoint of sports medicine, sharpening management skills that they will be able to “capitalize” on in the future.
体育・スポーツは「身体性」「同時性」「連帯性」といった特徴をもち、実生活で経験する多くの出来事と相通じる。人生は偶然という予期せぬ出来事の連続である。不確実で不安定な時代だからこそ、自尊心、自己肯定感、自立心、自制心、自信そして協調性、共感する力、思いやり、社交性、道徳といった人生に必要となる能力を、体育・スポーツの研究・教育を介して、養っていく。
