4. Examine problem-solving approaches from both global and regional perspectives
This course addresses refugee issues and child labor as critical challenges in contemporary global society, with a particular focus on South Asian cases, notably Bangladesh. Through examining the structural factors and socio-economic contexts underlying these issues, along with international initiatives toward their resolution, students will gain comprehensive insights into global development challenges. The course integrates perspectives from development studies, international cooperation, and area studies to analyze challenges and opportunities in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

本講義では、現代のグローバル社会が直面する重要な課題として、難民問題と児童労働問題を取り上げます。南アジア、特にバングラデシュの事例を中心に、これらの問題の構造的要因、社会経済的背景、そして解決に向けた国際社会の取り組みについて学びます。開発学、国際協力論、地域研究の視点を組み合わせながら、持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）の達成に向けた課題と可能性を考察します。
