【Course Objectives】

A course for NEXUS Program students. To understand what it means to study at a university and to study at Rikkyo University as a place to start studying.

【Course Contents】

Students will be able to explain in their own words what a multiculturally convivial society looks like. In addition, by comparing the form of multicultural conviviality that Japan is aiming for and the methods used to achieve it with European, American, and Asian countries, and by understanding the characteristics of each, students will be able to explain in their own words what kind of attitude and action each individual in Japan should have in order to enable the diverse people living in Japan to live together in a truly harmonious manner. We will be able to express in our own words what kind of attitudes and actions each and every one of us in Japan should have in order to enable the diverse people living in Japan to truly live together. They will also be able to think about what Japanese universities should do in order to realize such a multiculturally convivial society in Japan and make proposals in their own words.
