The aim of this course is to provide students with the German language skills required for studying abroad, as well as knowledge of the culture and society of German-speaking regions, through a variety of learning activities.
Using CEFR B1 level materials, this course aims to enable students to understand familiar topics, topics of interest, and simple current affairs, as well as exchanging simple opinions. To enrich their understanding of intercultural issues, students will gain insight by comparing Japan with not only German-speaking regions but also other language-speaking areas as well as their own cultural background and society.

必修科目としてドイツ語を1年間履修した学生、あるいはA2相当のドイツ語能力のある学生を対象としています。ドイツ文学専修ならびにドイツ留学経験者には、履修目安レベルB1以上をお勧めします。自由科目としてドイツ語を初めて学ぶ場合には「入門ドイツ語」をお勧めします。
授業は，ペアワークやグループワークなどを中心に行うため履修者の積極的な参加が求められる。課題へのフィードバックは随時授業内およびLMSを通して行う。
【履修目安】CEFR A2以上
母語話者は履修してはならない。単位修得できないため注意すること。
さまざまな学習活動を通して留学の際に求められるドイツ語の運用能力を獲得しつつ、ドイツ語圏の文化や社会に関する知識を得ることを目標とする。

CEFR B1レベルの教材等を使用し、身近な話題や関心のあるテーマ、また簡単な時事問題について理解し、簡単な意見のやり取りができるようになることを目指す。また、異文化への理解をより深めるために、ドイツ語圏のみにとどまらずそれ以外の言語圏、そして履修者自身の文化的背景や生活する社会との比較を通して見識を広める。
