This course aims to enrich students' knowledge of the culture and society of German-speaking regions while they actively learn the language through various class activities.
Based on the CEFR A2 level of German language skills acquired in the mandatory and elective courses, this course will use CEFR B1 level materials.The overall theme of this course is news in German-speaking regions, with a focus on current affairs, international affairs, and environmental issues as specific subject matter. The courses in this area are also positioned as preparatory courses for academic courses.

さまざまな授業活動によって能動的に言語を学びながら、ドイツ語圏の文化や社会に関する教養を深めることを目指す。
This course aims to enrich students' knowledge of the culture and society of German-speaking regions while they actively learn the language through various class activities.
必修科目等で身に付けたCEFR A2レベルのドイツ語運用能力を土台とし、CEFR B1レベルの題材を使用する。科目の総合テーマは「ドイツ語圏のニュース」で、具体的な題材として「時事問題・国際問題・環境問題」を中心に扱う。また、本領域の科目はアカデミック領域の科目を受講するための準備段階にも位置づけられる。
