The course will cover topics that are useful for students interested in finding employment in Japan, including Japanese corporate culture, Japanese-style management, and Japanese-style service. While acquiring this knowledge, students will also increase their vocabulary and practice using advanced sentence patterns, improving their ability to take in information and express themselves using Japanese.
In this course, topics such as “Japanese corporate culture,” “Japanese-style management,” and “Japanese-style service” are covered, and guest speakers are invited to give lectures as well. Students will deepen their understanding of the topics covered in class while also learning vocabulary and sentences patterns related to said topics. Before each lecture by a guest speaker, students will be given basic knowledge, specialized vocabulary, and sentence patterns regarding the topic for preparatory study. After the guest lectures, they will show their understanding of the topic through discussions, reports, etc. The flow regarding preparatory study, lectures from guest speakers, and post study will be an important aspect of this course, and so this class is recommended for students who are sufficiently responsible and proactive.

日本の企業風土，日本的経営、日本式サービスなど日本での就職に関心がある学生にとって有用なトピックをとりあげ，それらの知識を獲得すると同時に，高度な文型や語彙を増やし，日本語による受発信力をつける。
The course will cover topics that are useful for students interested in finding employment in Japan, including Japanese corporate culture, Japanese-style management, and Japanese-style service. 「日本の企業風土」「日本的経営」「日本式サービス」をトピックとして取り上げ, ゲストスピーカーとして招き,ゲストスピーカーからの講義を軸として授業を進める。授業で扱うトピックについて理解を深めると同時に,それらのトピックを語る際に使われる語彙や文型について学び,使う課題も行う。ゲストスピーカーによる講義の前には事前学習として,それぞれのトピックについての基本的知識や専門的な語彙や文型を学び,講義の後には,内容理解やディスカッションを行い,レポート作成などを行う。事前学習,ゲストスピーカーによる講義,事後学習という流れの中で学ぶことが重要であるため,責任を持って授業に参加できる者の履修を望む。
