Evaluate major theories and concepts in global politics and international relations to apply them to contemporary issues (C)
Analyze historical and contemporary political events to explore their underlying causes and lasting impacts (C)

Synthesize and apply information from lectures, videos, and texts to facilitate informed and meaningful discussions and written work (L)
Content and Language Integrated Objectives:
Apply domain-specific vocabulary accurately and appropriately in discussions and writing (C/L)
Collaborate with others to plan and deliver presentations on international relations topics, demonstrating content knowledge and language skills (C/L)
This course integrates the study of politics and international relations with English language learning, offering students the chance to expand their understanding of global issues while building academic and language skills. Through group discussions, lectures, videos, texts, note-taking, and both group and individual presentations, students will explore topics such as global governance, war, migration, human rights, and environmental challenges, enhancing their critical thinking and communication abilities.
