【Course Objectives】

This course will provide students with the opportunity to study and apply basic academic knowledge related to various aspects of Globalization in English. Students will work their way through the assigned content and tasks and then have the chance to practically apply their new knowledge to a career related project.

【Course Contents】

Each week, students will learn a new academic concept through the assigned content. A mini lecture on each week’s topic will be given by the instructor, followed by students’ discussion to better understand the topic. The topics will include branding, branding psychology and marketing. Students will engage in three projects in which they will conduct individually and collaboratively with classmates and present their findings to the class.
