【Course Objectives】

-Assess your current level of well-being and produce a baseline measurement of well-being provide students with essential personal health information they can use to develop a lifetime of wellness skills
-Help your students develop the knowledge and motivation they need to maintain wellness throughout adulthood
-Design your environment and practice goal setting strategies to build better habits
-Understand and utilize the power of making a social commitment to change your behavior
-Understand and utilize the power of your environment to change your behavior
-Develop a personal health and wellness plan

【Course Contents】

Explore the intricacies of health and wellness through this content-integrated language seminar. Develop language proficiency while delving into topics such as health issues, building wellness skills, mental and emotional health, personality and subjective well-being. Engage in language exercises tailored to health and wellness communication allowing you to express thoughts on personal control and well-being, the process of emotion, the causes and correlates of happiness and lifestyle choices. With a focus on real-world scenarios, this course enhances language skills while promoting a healthier more informed lifestyle. Immerse yourself in a dynamic blend of language acquisition and wellness education, fostering both linguistic expertise, and a holistic approach to personal health health and wellness plan.
