【Course Contents】

Health and Wellness is an interdisciplinary subject, which aims to give students a holistic overview of what makes for good health and well-being. In this course, we will investigate the various dimensions of health and wellness in a personal and societal sense, before focusing on areas of personal interest.

There will be plenty of English discussion related to the topics and group work, along with a focus on researching and developing knowledge. You will also have a chance to improve not only your English skills, but also academic skills, such as problem-solving, debating, and critical thinking.
