本講義の目的は人間の性格特性に基づくコミュニケーション方法と人を動かす方法を学ぶ。
This course aims to instill rules and logics to influence people utilizing effective communication skills based on knowledge of character traits and develop individual leadership.
・人間特性の理解と、効果的なコミュニケーション方法の理解する。
・基本的な自己理解・他者理解のフレームを理解する。
・人を動かす方法を理解する。
・ 実践的な題材とグループワークにより、リーダーシップを開発する

毎回の出席と課題提出を行う意思のある人のみ選考に応募すること。
提出された課題をもとにクラス内で学び合う授業であり、毎回の授業が総合演習へのステップとなるので、特別な理由がない限り毎回の出席すること。欠席したとしても課題提出を必ずすること。
授業の内容を自身の生活の中で実践する課題を行う事により、授業内容を実践できる力を付ける。
総合演習においては、授業内で学んだスキルを活用して実際に誰かを説得する計画を立て、その実践を授業外で行う。
振返りを通じて授業内容の理解度、習得度を自分自身で確認し、授業終了後へも繋げる。

本科目はGL101/111、BL0の単位修得者を対象とする。

本科目は、担当教員の実務経験、または実務に従事するゲスト・スピーカーの招聘講義等を活かした授業である。
