【Course Objectives】

The goal of this course is to develop your leadership to effectively collaborate and co-create new value with diverse team members by demonstrating "leadership through inquiry”. In daily life, we have a lot of teamwork, and thus the goal is to be able to demonstrate "your leadership through inquiry" in such occasions.

In this course, you will learn how to build trust with others, how to collaborate and co-create new value with the team members, and how to practice in a more advanced way your “individual leadership" that you have discovered through other GL basic courses.

*This is an action-based learning, but this is not a project-based learning such as working on a specific theme offered from a company.
*Those who have completed GL101/111/BL0 and which to further develop leadership skills in a diverse English speaking environment are very welcome.

【Course Contents】

To meet our goals, what we will learn through practice will be as follows:
1. Deepen the understanding of "diversity and inclusion", and learn the mindset that is important in practice.
2. Multiple practice sessions of “Action Learning (Inquiry conference)," a method used globally where team members work together to solve problems using only questions.
3. Learning "leadership through inquiry” skills such as questioning techniques, effective leadership communication, and basic coaching, etc.

*Depending on the situation, guest speaker may be invited.
*All the students will practice effective collaboration and co-creation with diverse members both inside and outside of the classroom by utilizing what they have learned in the basic GL courses.
*For each individual's different leadership development, every student is also expected to provide mutual support in developing the leadership of others.
