Through work experience overseas, students will become familiar with corporations, understand their structures, and improve their abilities as global talents, capable of being successful internationally.
Pre-departure session and learning: Students are required to attend a class and to acquire basic understanding on their host companies, relevant industries, company researches, and local manners.
Field training: Work experience at host companies (about 4 weeks).
Post field training learning: Reflection, participation and presentation at briefing session, and prepare a report.

海外における就業体験を通じて，企業を知り，社会の仕組みを理解するとともに，国際的にも活躍できるグローバル人材としての能力を高めることを目指す。

事前研修：派遣企業に関する基本的理解，関連業界調査，企業調査，マナーについて，講義・実習を行う
現地研修：派遣企業における就業体験（約4週間）
事後研修：振り返り，報告会，レポート作成

派遣先企業の事前情報を確認の上，現地研修を行う前に各自必要な知識やスキルの習得が望まれる。現地渡航のための各種手配は関係者からの指示に従い，原則参加者自身で行う。

派遣先企業により求められる言語コミュニケーション能力や ICT スキル等は異なる。企業ごとに実習内容書に提示される募集条件に合致すること。
■事前研修（1 回）はオンラインで実施予定。
■9月に募集説明会実施予定。詳細情報は募集サイトに随時アップロード予定。募集要項を必ず確認のこと。（https://spirit.rikkyo.ac.jp/ghrd/internship/SitePages/intern2_index.aspx）。
■参加者は募集要項に定められた選考を経て決定する。なお，派遣にあたっては派遣国の入国条件を満たし適切な査証を取得する必要がある。
■旧科目名「海外インターンシップ2」（2023年度以前開講）と同一科目。
「海外ワークエクスペリエンス2」を重複履修をした場合同様、「海外インターンシップ2」科目の単位を修得済みの者が「海外ワークエクスペリエンス2」を履修した場合、その修得単位は随意科目として扱う。
・2016年度以降1年次入学者：多彩な学び科目
・2012～2015年度1年次入学者：総合自由科目
本科目は、インターンシップ、就業体験、その他の学外活動等による実践的な学びを中心に構成する授業である。
