The purpose of this study is to understand the structure and characteristics of the hotel business, and to acquire skills in management analysis and strategy planning based on basic knowledge of hotel management.
In this course, we will lecture on analysis of profit and loss statements and management strategies based on basic knowledge and characteristics necessary for hotel business. In addition, we will lecture on the profit structure of accommodation, restaurants, banquets (weddings, general) and problems in the hotel business from both the hotel industry and real estate industry.

ホテルビジネスの構造や特性について理解するとともに、ホテル経営に関する基礎知識から経営分析・戦略立案についてのスキル取得を目的とします。
The purpose of this study is to understand the structure and characteristics of the hotel business, and to acquire skills in management analysis and strategy planning based on basic knowledge of hotel management.
本講座ではホテルビジネスに必要な基礎知識や特徴から損益計算書の分析及び経営戦略について講義します。また宿泊・レストラン・宴会（婚礼・一般）の収益構造やホテル業と不動産業の両面から見たホテルビジネスの課題について講義します。
