1.This course outlines purpose, business field, and the way of conduct of hotel asset management.
2.Course participants are expected to learn basic knowledge of hotel management which is required at international hotel operators, developers, and hotel investors.
Hotel Asset Management is to manage profits and real estate of a hotel together with the hotel operator led by General Manager in charge. A hotel asset manager aims to increase the hotel asset value with the operator. This course is designed to pick up the following topics in the lecture:
1. The management environment where hotel asset management can be introduced
2. Business fields of hotel asset management
3. Required skill-set for hotel asset managers
4. Frameworks used for hotel asset management
5. Real Estate Investment Structure and asset valuation methods

ホテルアセットマネジメントとは、（オペレーター/総支配人ではなく）ホテルオーナーにおける収益と不動産の管理を行なう業務を指す。ホテルアセットマネジャーは総支配人を代表とするホテルオペレーターと協力してホテルの資産価値向上を目指す。本講ではホテルアセットマネジメントに関する以下の項目につき講義を行なう

2. 業務領域
3. ホテルアセットマネジャーの資質
4. ホテルアセットマネジメントを実行するためのフレームワーク
5. 不動産投資ストラクチャーおよび資産価値評価手法

1.講義はレクチャー型を基本とする

5.講義内容には会計分野の知識が必要となる部分があるが、未履修者向けの説明を加える
