- This course is designed for undergraduate students who are interested in hotel management, and addresses on know-how of hotel development investment and hotel management in Japan.
- Participants are expected to touch on frameworks used in a MBA course and to acquire viewpoints of a manager, rather than just a rank-and-file.
- This course consists of lectures, group works, presentations, and guest speaker sessions with Q&A to learn real business issues of lodging business.

・ゼミ学習の効果をあげるために、受講生人数を10名程度に制限する予定である
・資料の読み合わせ、プレゼンテーション、グループワークなどが多いため、毎回出席し、発言することが期待されている
・欠席する際には、必ず指導教員に事前連絡をすること
・指導教員に指示された課題を調べるため、スマートフォンもしくはノートパソコンの持参が推奨される
・受講生の理解進捗度に応じ、授業計画の順番は前後もしくは変更されることがある
・夏季にゼミ合宿（任意参加）が予定されている
・ホテル経営に興味を持つ学部生を対象として、日本におけるホテル開発投資やホテル経営のノウハウを学ぶ
・学部生のうちからMBA的フレームワークに触れることで、単に業務をこなすだけではない、経営学視点を身に付ける
