We will examine how to respond to risks such as legal violations that may occur in the tourism industry, using case studies.
Lectures will be on the topics that constitute the laws and regulations etc., with seminars conducted using related case studies (small tests). In addition, seminars will provide the opportunity for students to present thoughts they have summarized.

観光産業において発生しうる法令違反等のリスクにどう対応するべきか、事例演習を通じて考察する。

各回テーマとなる法令等について講義をした上で、これに関連する事例を用いた演習（小レポート）を行う。また、演習での各自の考えを講義中に発表する機会を各回に設ける。
