In a society where compliance is strongly required, this course will consider how to respond to risks such as violations of laws and regulations that may arise in the tourism industry through lectures on the mechanisms of various laws and regulations and practical exercises using case studies.
Lectures will be on the topics that constitute the laws and regulations etc., with seminars conducted using related case studies (small tests).
In addition, in order to encourage each student to present their thoughts on the exercises during the lecture, students may be randomly selected and asked to speak.

講義レジュメ及び資料の配布のためにCanvas LMSを使用する。
コンプライアンスが強く要請される社会状況にあって、観光産業で発生しうる法令違反等のリスクにどう対応するべきか、様々な法令の仕組みに関する講義や事例を用いた演習を通じて考察する。

各回テーマとなる法令等について講義をした上で、これに関連する事例を用いた演習（小レポート）を行う。
また、演習での各自の考えを講義中に発表させるため、任意に学生を指名して発言を求めることがある。
