This course aims to develop knowledge and the ability to apply it to related problems, based on the practical knowledge of hotel operations.
This course is for students who have learned and acquired the fundamental knowledge of marketing.
In this course, the issues concerning the current hotel operations and hospitality services, and each student will present a research report based on the issues and all students will carry out discussions based on the report.

この授業では，ホテルの実務知識をふまえ，ホテル運営に必要なスキル向上や関連問題に応用できる力を習得することを目標とする。
This course aims to develop knowledge and the ability to apply it to related problems, based on the practical knowledge of hotel operations.
この授業では、既にマーケティングの基礎知識を学び、身につけている受講生を対象として、ホテルビジネス運営やホスピタリティサービスに関わるテーマについて問題提起を行い、文献研究、現地調査を実施する。それに基づいて各受講生が研究レポートを発表し、ディスカッションを行う形で進めていく。
