By understanding the basic modes of thought in sociology, students in this course acquire methods to analyze tourism behaviors and tourism phenomena from sociological perspectives.
With the keywords "modernity," "authenticity," "gaze," "media," "locality," "performance," "mobility," "participation, " etc., this course covers the basic concepts of Sociology of Tourism as well as the latest research trends.
