The learning goals of this seminar are as follows:
1)Through experiencing qualitative research in anthropology, students will learn basic research methods.
2)Students will learn how to organize their fieldwork findings and write them clearly.
In this seminar, students will develop research questions for fieldwork at ecotourism sites in Japan. They will also learn methods for qualitative research and write a short report in their own words. At each stage of the course, students will have opportunities to present their research plans and report contents.

本演習の到達目標は、下記の通りである。
１）受講生が人類学による質的調査を実際に経験し、その技法を習得する。
２）フィールドの成果を整理し文章として執筆するための基礎的能力を身につける。
The learning goals of this seminar are as follows:

本演習では、日本国内のエコツーリズムの現場を対象としたフィールドワークに向けて調査の問いを設定する。あわせて、質的研究を行うための方法を学び、自らの言葉でミニ報告書を作成する。それぞれの段階において、受講生は調査計画や報告書の内容を発表する機会を持つ。
In this seminar, students will develop research questions for fieldwork at ecotourism sites in Japan.
