By successfully completing the course, the students will be able to develop:
1)The ability to research a social phenomenon academically, building on their existing knowledge and experience.
2)The skills to develop a convincing and well-grounded argument.
In this course, students choose a research topic based on their interest, and develop an understanding of existing research findings and appropriate research methods. They refine their ideas by receiving feedback on their work in progress and complete a viable viable research plan.

これまで獲得した知識と経験を活かし、社会的事象を学術的に調査する力を養う。根拠に基づき説得力のある議論を展開するスキルを身につける。

各自調査テーマを決め、先行研究の知見と適切な調査方法に関する理解を深める。進捗状況を発表し、フィードバックから学ぶことで自分の考えを練り上げ、実行可能な研究計画書を仕上げる。
