This course aims to help students learn basic skills for academic social surveys with questionnaires. It also enhances development of students' skills in analyzing quantitative survey data and writing reports based on the analyses.
The purpose of this course is to practice writing an academic thesis based on a qualitative social survey, including a process of drawing hypotheses, making survey items, conducting a survey, analyzing data, and writing a report.

具体的な内容やプロセスは、履修人数によって調整します。履修者が少数であれば、各自が自らの関心に基づいた研究を実施できますが、多数である場合には、グループごとの研究にする、教員から与えられたテーマに基づいた研究を行うなどの方法がとられます。
質問紙を用いた社会調査法を実施し、収集したデータを計量的に分析し、レポートにまとめる能力を身につける。
This course aims to help students learn basic skills for academic social surveys with questionnaires. It also enhances development of students' skills in analyzing quantitative survey data and writing reports based on the analyses.
社会調査に基づく論文を書くプロセスを体験し、そのためのスキルを身につける。すなわち、仮説を立て、質問項目を作成し、調査を実施し、データを分析し、結果をレポートにまとめる。
