Thinking about ways to provide support for growth and development of schoolchildren and students from the point of view of school psychology. Promoting understanding of school community that supports pupils and students, learning about ways to understand and deal with various problems of schools, coordination and cooperation with faculty and staff.
Students learn the following: 1. Understanding the problems arising at educational facilities and their background; 2. Psychosocial problems and essential support in the field of education. They have lectures on psychological support services based on school psychology, and get introduced to theories and intervention methods needed to conduct educational guidance and school counseling. Class promotes their understanding of problems, tasks and support at school through their work.

学校心理学の視点から、児童生徒の成長・発達を目的とした援助のあり方について考える。児童生徒を支えている学校コミュニティに対する理解を深め、学校における諸問題に対する理解や対応、教職員との連携や協働について学ぶ。

①教育現場において生じる問題及びその背景について理解し、②教育現場における心理社会的課題及び必要な支援について学ぶ。学校心理学に基づく心理教育的援助サービスについて講義し、教育相談やスクールカウンセリングなどの実践を行う際に必要となる理論や介入方法を紹介する。ワークなどを通じて学校における問題や課題、援助に関する理解を深める。
