Understanding basic concepts and terminology of forensic & criminal psychology, becoming able to explain outline of criminal behavior.
This class provides explanations on the concepts in forensic & criminal psychology, their application, and current issues. Specifically, it studies the features and motivation behind types of crimes (including domestic cases), their psychological features, investigation methods, profiling, and at the same time handles reasons for crimes, their prevention, present state and problematic points of Japanese judicial system, reasons for delinquency and its present state, support and approaches of forensic psychology to the problems of delinquency, divorce, child upbringing as widely as possible.

司法犯罪心理学の基本的な概念、用語を理解し、解説することが出来るようになる。
Understanding basic concepts and terminology of forensic & criminal psychology, becoming able to explain outline of criminal behavior.
本講義では、司法犯罪心理学の概要とその応用、現在の論点などに関して解説する。とくに犯罪の罪種（家事事件含む）ごとに犯行の特徴や動機、心理的な特徴、捜査手法、プロファイリングなどについて検討するが、それと同時に犯罪原因や防犯、日本の司法システムの現状や問題点、非行の原因と現状、非行、離婚や子どもの養育の問題に対する司法心理学的な対応および支援などについてもできるだけ広く取り上げる。
This class provides explanations on the concepts in forensic & criminal psychology, their application, and current issues.
