By learning practical psychological knowledge of communication and interpersonal relationships in various fields, the course aims to provide students with the skills to facilitate human relations in everyday situations and business entry situations.
Self-analysis and self-understanding are essential in shaping one's career in society. Besides, understanding others is essential in everyday communication situations and human relationships. This course will focus on the skills necessary for career development, actively incorporating role-plays and group work to deepen understanding of others and self.

ロールプレイやディスカッションの多い授業形態。感染対策やロールプレイを円滑に進める目的で、適切な距離を設け、座席指定で演習を行う。
様々な領域における、コミュニケーションや対人関係の実践的な心理学の知見を学ぶことにより、日常場面からビジネスエントリー場面での人間関係を円滑にするためのスキルを得ることを目的とする。

社会に出て自身のキャリアを形成するにあたって、自己分析および自己理解は重要である。また、他者理解は日常におけるコミュニケーション場面や人間関係になくてはならない。本科目では、キャリア形成のために必要なスキルに焦点を当て、ロールプレイやグループワークなどを積極的に取り入れながら他者理解と自己理解を深める。
