1. Students will learn to understand and feel the significance of studying psychology in the university in terms of future careers.
2. Students will listen to their senior students in the Graduate program in psychology and get an image of their future careers.
Students will learn the basic knowledge and findings in psychology necessary for the future career, promote their understanding of the career by listening to people who play an active part in the society, and think of the meaning of studying psychology.
The first half of the class introduces basic approaches to career and theories related to it. Lectures are given to promote students' understanding of work and organizations and their own suitability to different types of jobs and organizations.
The second half features guest speakers who used to study in the graduate program in psychology and have active roles in various social areas (family court probation officers, psychologists in Metropolitan police department (civil servants), certified clinical psychologists, counselors, people from an information service provider, IT industry, electrical industry, or writers (travel). (Guest speakers might change.)
Students will acquire hints to get the image of their future career from the whole course.

・「キャリア」と「心理学」に関する講義内容を的確に理解した上で、それを自分の中で咀嚼し、自らの今後のキャリアと結び付けながら思考を深めていく力
・講義を通じて理解したこと、考えたこと、感じたことを、自分の言葉で説得力のある文章として表現する力
授業の中では、PCなどの機材を使用する必要ありません。ただし、各回の授業後に提出するコメントペーパー、および期末に提出する課題レポートは、「CanvasLMS」システム上の「課題」として提出してもらいますので、PCなどの機材の使用が必要となります。
各回の授業のコメントペーパーおよび期末の課題レポートは、 「CanvasLMS」システム上で記入・提出します。
①大学で心理学を学ぶ意義をキャリアの視点から理解・実感する。
②心理学を専攻した先輩の話を聞くことで、 自分の今後のキャリアのイメージを持てるようにする。

この授業では､ キャリアを考える際に必要となる基本的な知識や心理学の知見について学び､ 実際に社会で活躍している方々のお話を伺うことで､ キャリアに関する理解を深めるとともに､ 心理学を学ぶことの意味を考える｡
授業の前半は､ キャリアに関する基本的な考え方やキャリア関連の理論を紹介する｡ 自己の適性や仕事・組織についての理解を深めるための講義となる｡
後半は､ 心理学を専攻し､ 現在社会の様々な領域で活躍されている方々をゲストスピーカーとしてお招きし､ それぞれのキャリアや仕事についてのお話を伺う (家庭裁判所調査官､ 警視庁心理職（公務員）､公認心理師/臨床心理士・カウンセラー､ 情報サービス業界､ IT業界､ 電機業界、文筆業（旅作家）を予定｡ ゲストスピーカーについては変更の可能性あり) ｡
授業全体を通して､心理学を生かした 自分自身の今後のキャリアについてイメージを持つための手がかりを得る｡
