This course aims to have students achieve two goals: (1) to be able to have a vision of their own future and (2) to find in their own ways the meaning of their studies in the Department of Body Expression and Cinematic Arts in relation to that future.
The class of this course is where students develop thoughts and discussions to achieve the above two goals. The instructor in each class acts as the facilitator and invites guest lecturers who play important roles in the society. In the first half of the class, the guest lecturers talk about their own experiences to provide some topics to help students think about their future careers. In the second half of the class, a group discussion by students is held, followed by the presentation of their discussions and the feedback by instructors and guest lecturers. After the class, students submit commentary papers that verbalize what they have learned in the class, thus deeply understanding it.

この授業では、受講生が以下の2つを達成することを目標とする。（1）自身の将来を構想できるようになること。（2）それと関連付けて映像身体学を学ぶ意義を自分なりに理解すること。

本授業は、学生が上記の二つの目標を達成するための思考と議論の場である。各回の担当教員はファシリテーターとなって、社会のなかで活躍するゲスト講師をお招きする。授業前半ではゲスト講師が自身の経験に基づいて、学生が自身の将来のキャリアを考えるための話題を提供する。授業後半では、その話題についての学生によるグループディスカッション、話し合った結果の発表、担当教員とゲスト講師からのフィードバックをおこなう。学生は授業後にコメントペーパーを提出することによって、授業を通じてどのような気づきを得たかを言語化し、自分のなかに定着させる。
