Students promote through videos and music their understanding of the modern theory related to gender and sexuality, and learn to critically grasp the visual or sound works around them from the point of view of that theory.
Students use various music pieces or PVs, sometimes movies, raise and discuss the theory of gender and sexuality emerging from those. The class is given in the form of lectures, and uses relevant video and audio materials.

映像や音楽を通してジェンダーやセクシュアリティに関する現代的理論への理解を深め、翻って身の回りに溢れるヴィジュアルやサウンドをこれらの理論的観点から批判的にとらえられるようになる。

さまざまな音楽やそのPV、また映画を通して、それらについて、またそれらから触発されたジェンダー/セクシュアリティ理論を取り上げ検討する。講義形式で行い、適宜映像や音響教材を用いる。
