Cinema has a history of about 130 years. Many films contain various elements of psychology. This course will focus on some films, analyzing them both from the perspectives of film history and psychology. By doing so, the course will deepen the understanding of the content of the film and consider how psychological aspects give depth the works of art.
Through the two classes, we will analyze one film. In the first class, we will have a lecture on the film and the director. In the second class, we will analyze the film from the perspective of psychology, further having a question-and-answer session.

映画が誕生して約130年。その作品の中には多くの心理学的要素が含まれています。この授業では、いくつかの映画を取り上げ、その内容を「映画的な視点」と「心理学的な視点」の双方から分析します。そうすることで映画の内容に対する理解を深め、同時に心理学がどのように芸術作品に奥行きを与えているかを考えます。

基本的に２回の授業で１本の映画を分析します。１回目の授業では「作品」および「監督」のプロフィールなどを解説。２回目の授業では「心理面からの分析」を行い、時間があれば質疑応答をします。
