Using the theme of horror movies, the teachers from different fields provide explanations to help students understand the significance of learning in the Faculty of Contemporary Psychology.
The course will consist of a three-class cycle, including a brief introduction to the film, film viewing, and commentary by the teachers. The first week of the course will serve as an overall introduction, and the final week will serve as a conclusion. The course will feature four cycles of film-related lessons. The films selected for viewing will include those that deal with topics such as human murder, zombies, vampires, aliens, and supernatural beings, all of which explore the concept of "self/other" representation in some form. The course will consider "horror" through the lens of various theories, including psychology, philosophy, psychoanalysis, and cultural anthropology.

ホラー映画を題材に、専門の異なる複数の教員が解説をすることで、現代心理学部での学びの意義を理解する。
Using the theme of horror movies, the teachers from different fields provide explanations to help students understand the significance of learning in the Faculty of Contemporary Psychology.
〈映画の簡単な導入、映画鑑賞、教員による解説〉を3回の授業で行い、これを1サイクルとする。授業期間の第一週は全体のガイダンスで最終週はまとめとし、映画の関する授業は4サイクル行う。鑑賞する映画は、人間による殺人からゾンビ、ヴァンパイア、エイリアン、超自然的な存在を扱うものなどで何らかの意味で〈自己/他者〉表象を扱うものになる予定。心理学、哲学、精神分析学、文化人類学などの理論を参照しながら、「ホラー」について考える。
