The “healing” experience in today's stressful society is a very important element in considering the improvement of wellness. Here students will experience about healing through nature experience and workshops and learn the know-how that leads to healing.
Experience healing through woods, trees, stars, wind, rivers, lakes, as well as through scents, food or contemplation. In addition, examine the effects of healing and analyze the ways in which these activities can change us as individuals, through personal reflection and psychological and physiological indicators.

星野道夫「旅をする木」（文春文庫）を読み、そこに書かれた３３のエッセイの中から１０個の話題を選び、それぞれに４００字以上の感想文を書くこと。
様式：ワード、A4、10ポイント、一つのファイルに10編の感想をまとめる。ファイル名は名前のみ。
提出方法：kiji@rikkyo.ac.jp にメール添付
締め切り：2023年8月12日中
ストレスに満ち溢れた現代社会にあって、“癒し”の体験は、ウエルネス向上を考えるうえでとても重要な要素となる。自然体験とワークショップを通して“癒し”を体験し、癒しを導くノウハウについて学習する。

森、樹木、星、風、川、湖、香り、食、瞑想などを手掛かりとして、癒しを体験する。また、それらの活動による個人の内面の変化を、内省や心理的指標、生理的指標を用い分析し、癒しの効果について検討する。
