Learn about the history of the creation and development of the social security system, and further understand the nature, function, philosophy and framework of social security.
It is no exaggeration to say that the history of social security has evolved with the development of capitalism. First, we learn from the history of social security how its development has been supported by a wide range of citizen and worker movements. Next, we trace the development of the philosophy of social security, study its significance, and learn about social exclusion and challenges related to social trends.

Learn about the history of the creation and development of the social security system, and further understand the nature, function, philosophy and framework of social security.
社会保障の歴史は、資本主義の発展と共にあると言っても過言ではありません。最初に社会保障の歴史から、労働者・国民の広範な運動が社会保障の発展を支えてきたことを学びます。次に、社会保障の理念の変遷をたどり、その意義を学び、さらに社会的排除や運動の課題を学びます。
