2021年度～2022年度入学者対象 |
(1) Acquire knowledge and ways of thinking about ideas, philosophies, perspectives, and relationships in supporting the lives of people with disabilities. (2) Social exclusion and social barriers surrounding the mentally disabled. Students will acquire a perspective that recognizes the history of discrimination and prejudice and social structures in the mental health care system. (3) Acquire knowledge of how to deal with people with mental disabilities, and support models that are rooted in recovery-oriented, community-oriented, and human rights. (4) Acquire ethical attitudes and professional values through understanding the code of ethics and business guidelines of mental health workers.
(1) Introduce the voices of people with mental disabilities and their families using specific scenes, videos, and materials. Explain historical events, concepts, and mainstream theories related to the welfare of people with disabilities and mental health and welfare according to the text. (2) Explain the trend of personal recovery and human rights models that have been emphasized in recent years, and the coercion of the mental health care system behind them. It also introduces mental health reforms in Italy. (3) Develop lectures so that students can recognize and think about problems as social workers.

| 適宜テキストを用いた講義中心ではあるが、各テーマに基づき、感想や意見を求める。受講者相互に話し合う時間や発表機会を設ける。2回ほど個々に関心を持った精神保健福祉に関わる時事問題を調べてきてもらい、資料を作成のうえ、発表してもらう。 |
テキスト指定範囲を事前に熟読しておくこと（各回約2時間）。授業後には指示する課題を行うこと（各回約2時間）。

精神保健福祉士の指定科目ですが、資格を目指さずとも精神医療保健福祉、メンタルヘルスケアやシステムに関心のある方であれば歓迎する。専門的な内容をできるだけわかりやすく解説していくので、特に事前の知識は求めない。なお、全学生に授業内の2回の個人発表を行なってもらいます。
資料の配付，授業中の課題の提出、リアクションペーパーの提出などに「Canvas LMS」を使用するので，授業にPCを持参すること。

①障害者の生活支援の思想、理念、視点、かかわりについての知識や考え方を身につける。②精神障害者をめぐる社会排除と社会的障壁、精神医療システムについて差別・偏見の歴史、社会構造を認識する視点を身につける。③精神障がいをもつ人とどう相対するのか、リカバリー志向、コミュニティ志向、人権に根差した支援モデルについての知識を身につける。④精神保健福祉士の倫理綱領、業務指針等の理解を通して倫理的態度や専門職の価値観を身につける。

①精神障がいをもつ本人や家族など当事者の経験を具体的な場面、動画、資料を用いて紹介する。テキストに即して障害者福祉、精神保健福祉に関する歴史的出来事、理念、諸概念、主流となる理論を説明する。②近年重視されるパーソナル・リカバリーや人権モデルの流れとその背景にある精神医療システムの強制性の問題を認識できるように説明する。イタリアの精神医療改革なども紹介する。③ソーシャルワーカーとしての問題認識、思考ができるよう講義を展開する。
