Understand the background and outline of the legal system related to the support of the mental health care and welfare, and consider this in relation to the practice of social work.
On the subject of “System and services in relation to mental health welfare,” classes are based on concrete examples linked to social work practices, focused on (1) Transition of measures and legal systems of mental health and medical welfare, (2) Systems and services that persons with mental illness can utilize (3) Business and legal system of psychiatric social workers.
In addition, this class is a required designated subject for certification for the national psychiatric social worker examination.

精神保健医療福祉領域の支援にかかわる法制度について，その背景と概要を理解し，ソーシャルワーク実践と関連させて考えることができる。
Understand the background and outline of the legal system related to the support of the mental health care and welfare, and consider this in relation to the practice of social work.
「精神保健福祉に関する制度とサービス」について、①精神保健医療福祉の施策・法制度の変遷、②精神障疾患をかかえる人がが活用できる制度とサービス、③精神保健福祉士の業務と法制度を中心に、ソーシャルワーク実践と関連させながら授業を展開していく。
なお，本授業は精神保健福祉士国家試験受験資格取得のための必須指定科目である。
