(1) Understand and explain the necessity and significance of employment support and the outline of employment support systems. (2) Explore the state of employment support in modern society, and consider and explain the significance of supporting people to work. (3) Understand and explain systems related to employment support and organizations, groups, and professionals involved in employment support, based on the significance of social workers' efforts to provide employment support.
(1) The significance and necessity of employment support, trends in employment and work in modern society and an overview of labor policies, the system and implementation structure of employment support, the role and practice of professionals in employment support, the practice and issues of cooperation in the field of employment support, and the future prospects for employment support will be explained. (2) Lecture on how support should be provided to those who need assistance in finding employment. (3) Referring to the relationship with other designated subjects for social workers, the positioning of employment support services in social work will be clarified.

１）就労支援の必要性や意義及び就労支援制度の概要を理解し説明できる。
２）現代社会における就労支援のあり方を探るとともに、働くことを支援する意義を考察し説明できる。
３）社会福祉士が就労支援に取り組む意義を踏まえ、就労支援に関する制度及び就労支援に係る組織、団体及び専門職について理解し説明できる。

１）就労支援の意義、必要性、現代社会における雇用・就労の動向と労働施策の概要、就労支援の制度と実施体制、就労支援に関する専門職の役割と実際、就労支援分野における連携の実際と課題、これからの就労支援の展望について説明する。
２）就労にあたって何らかの支援を必要とする人々への支援のあり方について講義する。
３）社会福祉士の他の指定科目との関連性に言及し、ソーシャルワークにおける就労支援サービスの位置付けを明らかにする。

①社会福祉士の指定科目です。働くことを取り巻く課題や関連する社会問題にも広く関心を持ち、社会福祉士に必要なクリティカルな視点で、就労困難な人々の労働や生産活動を取り巻く環境や働くことの意義について各回のテーマに沿ってしっかり考察してほしい。
②毎回の授業では、グループワークを通して話し合うこと、その内容を発表することを求められる。
資料は、教室内のスクリーンでも上映するが、グラフ等見ずらい場合もあるため、ノートＰＣまたはタブレットなどで「Canvas LMS」にアップした授業資料をみながら講義に参加すること。原則として、印刷した紙資料は配布はしないので注意して下さい。
