Students will develop the ability to think about methods of care and welfare for the elderly, while understanding the outline of the long-term care insurance systems, and progress for aging in the future.
Long Term Care Insurance, created in 2000, was established as a social insurance mechanism to meet the needs of elderly people. Students will learn about and understand the future of the Long Term Care Insurance system, as well as future issues in nursing care for the elderly, as the unprecedented aging of society advances.

高齢者の生活を取り巻く環境、法制度は変化しています。日ごろから厚生労働省ホームページ、新聞記事や文献・雑誌等から関連する情報収集に努めてください。

介護保険制度の概要を理解するとともに、今後の高齢化の進展のなかで高齢者介護・高齢者福祉のあり方について考える力を育成します。
Students will develop the ability to think about methods of care and welfare for the elderly, while understanding the outline of the long-term care insurance systems, and progress for aging in the future.
2000年に創設された介護保険は、高齢者介護ニーズに対応するために社会保険の仕組として創設されました。今後の未曾有の高齢化の進展のなかで、介護保険制度の将来と高齢者介護の課題について多角的に学び、理解します。
Long Term Care Insurance, created in 2000, was established as a social insurance mechanism to meet the needs of elderly people. Students will learn about and understand the future of the Long Term Care Insurance system, as well as future issues in nursing care for the elderly, as the unprecedented aging of society advances.
