Deepening understanding of the basic structure of various organizations, such as welfare facilities, organizations and businesses involved in providing social welfare services, and their roles and functions. Learning about today's problems based on examples, and through comparisons of how these organizations differ from organizations organized under other purposes.
In an era when improvements in the quality of social welfare is necessary, attention is focused on "management", and management functions in the organization. In this lecture, students will learn the basic theory of management including welfare service provider organization and human resource management.In addition, I will provide a program that deepens understanding from both theory and practice, while considering the characteristics of welfare services, with case studies and topics by guest speakers.

本講義は、社会福祉士養成課程における指定科目「福祉サービスの組織と経営」に該当する科目である。
社会福祉サービスの提供に関わる福祉施設・機関・事業所等多様な組織の基本構造と，組織が持つ役割・機能について理解を深める。これらの組織が，他の目的の下に組織された諸団体とどのように異なるのか等の比較を通じ，実例に基づいて今日的な課題を学ぶ。

社会福祉サービスの質の向上が求められる時代に，改めて組織の「経営」やマネジメント機能に注目が集まっている。本講義では，福祉サービス提供組織の沿革と今日的役割，人材マネジメントを含む経営に関わる基本的な理論を学ぶ。事例紹介やゲストスピーカーによる話題提供を織り込み，福祉サービスの固有性を考え併せながら，理論と実践両面から理解を深める。
