Understanding the basic philosophy and purpose of care management, empowering users, and learning the practical methods of care management that support independence.
Based on the basic philosophy and purpose of care management, we will explore the processes and specific methods of care management from intake to final outcome. Using various case studies focusing on care management for elderly people, we will consider care management practice methods and issues.
