Organize concrete assistance methods and approaches in elderly welfare, and learn about the content and current state of support practices in various fields.
Learn about approaches to elderly welfare, users' needs, institutional aspects of the current welfare system, professional ethics and expertise required of support workers. Based on this, learn how specific support is provided in various organizations serving the elderly and understand elderly welfare practice. Field practitioners will be invited as guest speakers when appropriate．

高齢者福祉の具体的な援助と考え方を整理し，様々なフィールドでの援助実践の内容や現状を学ぶ。
Organize concrete assistance methods and approaches in elderly welfare, and learn about the content and current state of support practices in various fields.
高齢者福祉のあり方，利用者のニーズ，現在の福祉の制度的な側面，援助者に求められる職業倫理，専門性等を学ぶ。その上で，高齢者を支援する様々な組織で具体的な援助がどのように行われているかを学び，高齢者福祉の実践について理解する。適宜，現場で実践をされている援助者をお呼びする。
