(1) Able to understand the concepts of community work and community social work.
(2) Grasp and understand the contents of a community-based society and comprehensive support systems.
(3) Able to explain what community welfare management is.
(4) Able to grasp the background and factors of various phenomena surrounding community welfare.
(5) Able to predict to some extent future life problems that may arise in the community and envision ways to deal with them.
The overall content of this course is to understand, through grasping and examining practical examples, policies, and legal systems, how to realize and operate local and welfare communities that support residents with various lifestyle issues, such as children, parents raising children, the sick or disabled, the elderly, and foreign residents.
In a current situation of rapid social change, with a shrinking population, super-aging society, isolated society, disparity society, and multicultural society, the challenges of local welfare have expanded and become more complex than ever before, and we are aiming to build a comprehensive local support system through policies and many practices. We will examine and deepen our understanding of the kind of community social work that is utilized in this way, while also referring to community work. Through these activities, we will consider the future shape of local welfare.

（予習）日常的に要援護者に関わるニュースに関心をはらうこと．新聞、テレビニュース、話題の書籍などから地域福祉の基本的な考え方（住民主体、生活問題の共同化、ネットワークづくりなど）を読み取る努力が望ましい．
（復習）配布物等の再読と事例（または授業中に示された課題）の再検討をすること.

地域福祉とは何か関心をもち、実践、政策、理論などの知識を増やすことで理解と問題意識を醸成してほしい．“主体”“参加”“自治”“当事者性”“越境性”“総合性”は重要なキーワードです．
(1) コミュニティワーク、コミュニティソーシャルワークの考え方を理解できる.
(2) 地域共生社会、包括的支援体制の内容を把握し、理解している．
(3) 地域福祉の運営とはどのようなものが説明できる.
(4) 地域福祉を巡る様々な事象の背景、要因をとらえることができる.
(5) 地域に生じる生活問題の将来予測をある程度たてることができるとともにその対応方法を構想することができる.

子ども、子育て中の親、疾病・障がい者、高齢者、在住外国人など、様々な生活問題を抱える住民を支える地域、福祉コミュニティをどのように実現し運営するか、実践事例、政策、法制度の把握と検討を通じて理解することが全体の内容である．
社会変動が激しく、人口縮減社会、超高齢社会、孤立社会、格差社会、多文化社会が進行する状勢にあって、地域福祉の課題は従前より拡大し、複雑化している現在、政策と多くの実践とで地域包括支援体制の構築を目指している．そこで駆使するコミュニティソーシャルワークとはどのようなものか、コミュニティワークも参照しながら精査し理解を深める．これらを通じて、今後の地域福祉のあり方を考察する。
The overall content of this course is to understand, through grasping and examining practical examples, policies, and legal systems, how to realize and operate local and welfare communities that support residents with various lifestyle issues, such as children, parents raising children, the sick or disabled, the elderly, and foreign residents.
In a current situation of rapid social change, with a shrinking population, super-aging society, isolated society, disparity society, and multicultural society, the challenges of local welfare have expanded and become more complex than ever before, and we are aiming to build a comprehensive local support system through policies and many practices. We will examine and deepen our understanding of the kind of community social work that is utilized in this way, while also referring to community work. Through these activities, we will consider the future shape of local welfare.
