1. Students will explore, understand and address issues of human diversity and social justice.
2. Students will demonstrate the knowledge of identity and intersectionality.
3. Students will demonstrate awareness of biases/prejudices and social work practices in multi-cultural settings
This course will strive to foster interactive environment where each student can reflect on their beliefs and discuss differences of human beings; and critically analyzes how social injustice is manifested in our society. This course will analyze current trends, ethical issues and their implications for promoting social justice and social change.
