・In community-based social work practice, deepen understanding of practical and effective social work theories and methods to address increasingly diverse and complex challenges.
・Enhance understanding of relevant techniques necessary for establishing helping relationships with individuals requiring support and building comprehensive support systems.
・Understand the significance and methods of case analysis for developing specific support strategies for individual cases and identifying commonalities and generalizability across cases.
Understand community-based social work within its historical context and in relation to social conditions.
Focus particularly on the formation of the helping relationship, which is fundamental to support; techniques for collaborating with diverse individuals and organizations; and supervision and case analysis that support improved support and the growth of practitioners.
