Reflecting on the learning gained through specific experiences and activities at Fieldwork in Psychiatric Social Work, we aim for students to achieve an understanding that integrates practice with theory, with the following objectives.
(1) To understand the meaning of Fieldwork in Psychiatric Social Work.
(2) To understand the solid knowledge and skills involved in social work practice, based on the experience of placement training.
(3) To gain the ability to deliver integrated support in social work practice.
This class is required designated subject for the national psychiatric social worker examination.
In post-placement tutorials, we will reflect on experiences of in-the-field training through the “Fieldwork in Psychiatric Social Work” with individual and group guidance provided. Furthermore, students will summarize the learning gained in the training, prepare a training report, and present to the training report session.

・「精神保健福祉援助演習(基礎)」」「精神保健福祉援助実習指導１」を履修済みであり、「精神保健福祉援助実習」と併行して実習年度に履修すること。
・実習の振り返りや事例検討に関しては予め課題が与えられるので期日までに自宅で作成して提出する。
・授業内外で実習を振り返るための個別面談が実施される。
・授業後半では実習報告会の準備を行うので、期日までに発表資料を作成し、分担して発表する。

各自の実習を振り返り、言語化し、発表すること、デスカッションを通して進行するので、積極的、主体的な態度が求められる。
受講者の発表が主体になるので、視聴覚教材や板書はどちらかと言えば少ない。
精神保健福祉援助実習での具体的な体験や活動を通して得た学びを振り返り、実践と理論を統合して理解する。

②ソーシャルワーク実践に関わる知識と技能について現場実習の体験を軸に具体的に理解する
③ソーシャルワーク実践に総合的に対応できる能力を習得する

本授業は精神保健福祉士国家試験受験のための必須科目です。
実習後指導として、個別指導・集団指導を通して「精神保健福祉援助実習」による実践現場での体験を振り返ります。更に実習で得た学びについてまとめ、実習報告書を作成し、実習報告会で発表します。
